NuCel® 585 MG is s0uitable for a broad range of mesophilic and thermophilic lactic bacteria, NuCel® 585 MG associated with yeast extract promotes microorganism growth and can be used during the strain conservation as viability protective agent. NuCel® 585 MG is a primary yeast peptone obtained by the hydrolysis of a selected strain of yeast, especially grown on a dextrose isolate from corn.
