KELZAN AP-AS

KELZAN AP-AS is an industrial grade xanthan gum that provides enhanced stabilization of suspensions and emulsions in acidic systems. As a highly pseudoplastic system, KELZAN AP-AS augments control of liquid flow on vertical and inclined surfaces. It retains viscosity on storage in acidic systems and is stable over a wide pH range, making it well-suited for applications that require robustness under high-shear processes while maintaining product clarity. KELZAN AP-AS compatibility with high concentrations of electrolytes allows it to improve the performance of cleaning formulations where other gums may not be suitable. Its ability to enhance foam stability also makes it applicable for a variety of acidic cleaning products.
