KELZAN AR

KELZAN AR is an industrial grade xanthan gum that provides rheological properties alteration. It exhibits less pseudoplastic solutions compared to conventional xanthan gum which makes it compatible with high alkali and electrolyte concentrations. This ensures smooth flowing of products and their free-flowing nature throughout shelf life. KELZAN AR controls the flow of liquids on vertical and inclined surfaces producing smoother flow than conventional xanthan gum. It can be used in typical applications between 0.3 to 1.0% concentration based on water weight. KELZAN AR provides benefits in applications where consistent viscosity and flow properties are required under varying chemical compositions and environmental conditions.
