BORCHI GOL OL 17 LC

BORCHI GOL OL 17 LC is a yellow liquid polyether-modified polysiloxane designed to enhance flow and leveling properties as well as surface smoothness in both solvent- and water-based coating systems. With 100% activity and being VOC-free, it has a pH value of 600 – 800 mPa·s, density of 1.025 – 1.050 g/cm3 at ISO 2811 (20 °C), viscosity of 600 – 800 mPa.s at DIN 53015 (23 °C), color Hazen: Max. 450 at ISO 6271, and a refractive index of 1.445 – 1.449 at DIN 51423 (23 °C). BORCHI GOL OL 17 LC is effective in reducing orange peel and preventing crater formation, serving as a flow promoter. It exhibits good compatibility with a wide range of binders, making it suitable for various applications, particularly in two-component systems based on Desmodur® / Desmophen® resins.
